Terms and Conditions This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date of acceptance by the renter ("Renter") and the owner of the property ("Owner"). 1. Premises. The Owner hereby rents to the Renter one (1) single section of 10’ x 8’ x 2’ rack with 2 shelves (the "Premises"). 2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be one (1) month, with the first month being free. The Renter shall have the option to renew this Agreement on a monthly basis. 3. Rent. The Renter shall pay the Owner the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) per month for the use of the Premises. Rent will be paid via automatic debit to a credit or debit card on the first day of each month. 4. Condition of Premises. The Renter agrees to return the Premises to the Owner in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. 7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. 8. Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties. 9. Waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. 10. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. 11. Cancellation. In order to cancel the rental agreement, the renter must provide a minimum of two weeks' written notice and arrange for the scheduled removal of the racks within two weeks of the request. Payment for the rental shall cease only upon the successful removal of said racks. 12. Approval. The terms and conditions of the free trial are contingent upon our approval of an installation plan following consulation with our team. Factors such as the location of the premises, the condition of the property, the intended use of the product, the intended duration of use, and the difficulty of installation or uninstallation will be taken into consideration before the rental agreement is deemed valid. Please note that signing up for a free trial does not guarantee that the racks will be installed. The renter must meet the aforementioned assessment criteria in order for the rental agreement to proceed. If the free trial period of the rental does not meet our established criteria, the rental agreement will be deemed null and void and the installation will not take place. Rest assured, you will not be charged any fees in this event.
